Filing will occur at the Durham County Board of Elections located at 3825 S. Roxboro Street Suite 101 Durham, NC 27713 or by mail.

During the time of filing, if the required filing fee exceeds $50, it must be paid by check or money order. Filing fees under $50 may be paid by cash. Checks and money orders shall be made payable to Durham County Government.
